This is a place to keep our friends and family abreast of what's going on with our new home. We've been apartment dwellers and renters for years and over the next few weeks will be jumping into buying our first home. Does anybody know how much a rake costs or what exactly a gutter is?

The Ivy Tree
The newest big debate is whether you keep the ivy on that tree or try to save the tree and remove all that ivy.
