This is a place to keep our friends and family abreast of what's going on with our new home. We've been apartment dwellers and renters for years and over the next few weeks will be jumping into buying our first home. Does anybody know how much a rake costs or what exactly a gutter is?

The Porch
This is the carpeted front porch. Yes, the front porch is carpeted. It also has two exterior electrical outlets, one on each side.
